Saturday October 4th, 2008: Assisted U. of T. students with Conference on Climate Change, had been on the planning committee and was the timekeeper for the day.

Thursday October 23rd: Presented at International RNAO Nursing Conference in Beijing, China: Leading Change Beyond the Comfort Zone, also was moderator for other presentations

Monday November 17th: Participated in Ontario Nurses Association Human Rights and Equity Caucus as the ONA representative for Mount Sinai Hospital
